For the motor sport enthusiasts, there is a special course called RACING CAMP
This course is open to all students who have taken part in a Sports Driving Course. It is based on an increasingly difficult series of timed tests. It is also a preparation course for track competitions.
Course Duration:
2 days.
Daily Hours:
from 9.00 am to approx 5.00 pm
Theory
The theory lessons revolve around the explanation of
the ideal racing lines. Furthermore, exercises are carried
out to avoid the mental stress of the stop-watch.
Racing Track Exercises and “PLAY OFF”
The first day begins with a series of track exercises including dry and wet hairpin cornering and chicane which are first untimed and then timed, studying the possibilities of different trajectories.
The second day is devoted entirely to track testing, first in one part of the circuit to find the ideal racing lines, and then on the entire circuit with the assistance of the instructor.
In the afternoon the knock-out competition is held, this includes a series of timed laps which are used to determine the positions for the starting grid.
This means that the person in 1st position challenges 6th position, 2nd position challenges 5th position and 3rd challenges 4th.
After every timed test, the competitor changes car so that he/she can be equal to his/her opponent. The competition continues until the finals to establish all positions. Enjoyment is guaranteed!
